2013 Cirrus SR22T GEN 5 AUCTION   Selling a 2013 Cirrus SR22T GTS Gen 5 Currently Located at: Ormond Beach Municipal Airport 740 Airport Road Ormond Beach, FL 32174 SELLING ONLINE ONLY BID DEADLINE (Starts To Close): Thurs., March 30th @ 11 AM EST   ASSET DESCRIPTION: Selling a 2013 Cirrus SR22T GTS Gen 5 - N928CS - Serial #0636.  Please "click" documents tab for additional information.   AUCTIONEER'S NOTE: In March of 2021, Bullseye Auction & Appraisal, LLC auctioned this Cirrus to the current owner.  Due to growing business successes, the owner has not had the time to fly the Cirrus on a regular basis.  Therefore, the owner is looking to sell and apply the proceeds from the sale to immediate business needs. ONLINE BIDDING REGISTRATION: Online registration and bidding to begin on March 20th. INSPECTION: Monday, March 27th from 12 PM - 3 PM.  Any bidder planning to attend the inspection must RSVP to scott@bullseyeauctions.com. The inspection will be conducted at Ormond Beach Municipal Airport, 740 Ormond Beach, FL 32174. It is STRONGLY advised to inspect the Cirrus, in person, during the inspection period in order to validate the descriptions and/or photographs in the catalog.  Do not attempt to inspect the Cirrus outside of the posted times. TERMS: Immediately following the auction, Auctioneer will email the winning bidder an invoice and wire transfer instructions. The Cirrus must be paid in full by wire transfer directly to Bullseye Auction & Appraisal, LLC.  Wire transfer must be received no later than 5 PM on April 3rd. Auctioneer will contact the winning bidder to coordinate payment and removal. Auctioneer will be responsible for any storage fees until April 3rd.  REMOVAL: Once full payment has been received by Auctioneer, removal can take place. SALES TAX: Applicable sales tax will apply. BUYER’S PREMIUM: There is a 5% Buyer’s Premium for this auction. Example: For a high bid of $100,000, a 5% buyer’s premium of $5,000 will be added making the purchase price $105,000. BUYER’S NOTE: The Cirrus is being sold “AS IS, WHERE IS” with no warranties expressed or implied.
