There is a 15% Buyer's Premium charged to all high bid amounts but there are no additional credit card fees charged. The card you used to register for this auction will be automatically charged in full at the conclusion of the auction. Your acceptance of these terms and conditions is your agreement not to dispute charges to your registered credit card for the full amount due for this auction. Appropriate sales tax will be charged unless you are tax exempt and have provided proper documentation PRIOR to the bid deadline. If you are tax exempt, proper tax-exempt documents MUST BE provided to us PRIOR to bidding in order for sales tax to be removed from purchase. If we are unable to charge your card in full by the end of business on the day the auction ends, we reserve the right to resell the items to back up bidders or others. If the items are sold for less than your high bid amount(s), you may be liable for the difference between the high bid amount and final sale price. PERSONAL PROPERTY REMOVAL: Friday, October 30th from 8 AM - 1 PM. All items MUST be removed during the post times. Once full payment has been received, removal can begin. Successful bidders are responsible for the removal of all purchased items. Please do not assume there will be boxes, hand trucks or assistance with packing or loading. Failure to adhere to the posted times for removal will incur additional expense.
