INSPECTION: Tuesday, July 14th from 10 AM - 12 PM.  AUCTIONEER'S NOTE - Please plan to attend the public inspection to validate descriptions, quantities and conditions as stated in the catalog.  We have made every attempt to be accurate with our information, but YOU are the expert and should satisfy any concerns PRIOR to bidding. There is a 15% Buyer's Premium charged to all high bid amounts but there are no additional credit card fees charged. The card you used to register for this auction will be automatically charged in full at the conclusion of the auction.  Your participation in this auction acknowledges your acceptance of these terms & conditions.  DO NOT BID if you cannot abide by these conditions.  Your acceptance of these terms and conditions is your agreement not to dispute charges to your registered credit card for the full amount due for this auction. Appropriate sales tax will be charged unless you are tax exempt and have provided proper documentation PRIOR to the bid deadline.  If you are tax exempt, proper tax-exempt documents MUST BE provided to us PRIOR to bidding in order for sales tax to be removed from purchase. Georgia Sales Tax Exemption forms are available to download in the documents tab. If we are unable to charge your card in full by the end of business on the day the auction ends, we reserve the right to resell the items to back up bidders or others.  If the items are sold for less than your high bid amount(s), you may be liable for the difference between the high bid amount and final sale price.  REMOVAL: Friday, July 17th from 8 AM - 3 PM. Once full payment has been received, removal can begin. Successful bidders are responsible for the removal of all purchased items. Please do not assume there will be boxes, hand trucks or assistance with packing or loading. Failure to adhere to the posted times for removal will incur additional expense.
