Due to the expedited liquidation of these assets and limited access for removal, items are being sold in small bulk lots. Please make sure to review removal dates and requirements PRIOR to bidding.  You will be charged regardless of whether you are able to pick up your items or not. Appropriate sales tax will be charged unless you are tax exempt and have provided proper documentation.  If you are tax exempt, proper tax-exempt documents MUST BE provided to us PRIOR to bidding in order for sales tax to be removed from purchase. If we are unable to charge your card in full by end of business on the day the auction ends, we reserve the right to resell the items to back up bidders or others.  If the items are sold for less than your high bid amount(s), you may be liable for the difference between the high bid amount and final sale price.  REMOVAL: Additional Removal Time Just Announced! Sunday, December 8th from 8 AM –  2 PM (this is the main removal time) Be sure to bring or hire appropriate labor to remove your items in the allotted time posted.  Successful bidders are responsible for the removal of all purchased items. Please do not assume there will be boxes, hand trucks or assistance with packing or loading. Failure to adhere to the posted times for removal, will incur additional expense. ADDITIONAL TIME – There is no additional time available for pick up of items.
