LOCATION: 2042 Main Street, Sneedville, TN 37869 ONLINE BIDDING STARTS: Online bidding to begin on May 19th. INSPECTION: May 28th from 1 – 2 PM You are STRONGLY advised to inspect the items, in person, during the inspection period in order to validate the descriptions and/or photographs in the catalog. Assets are located at a private residence in Cumming, GA. Auctioneer will email each winning bidder an invoice with wire instructions. Payment will NOT be accepted at the auction site. Payment must be received no later than 11 AM on May 30th. REMOVAL – Thursday, May 30th from 9 AM – 11 AM Once full payment has been received, removal can begin. Successful bidders are responsible for the removal of all purchased items. Please do not assume there will be boxes, hand trucks or assistance with packing or loading. Failure to adhere to the posted times for removal, will incur additional expense.
